Shipping Policy of “UK Medz Prime” We offer worldwide shipping, delivering our medical products to various countries, including the USA, UK, Israel, European nations, Australia, and Egypt.
2. Shipping Options
We offer three types of shipping service standards: express and overnight. You can opt for any of these according to your requirements. If there is an emergency, you can choose overnight shipping, and we will deliver the product within 24 hours. 2 days we take in case of express shipping mode and 4-5 days in case of standard shipping mode.
3. Packaging & Discreet Shipping
We carefully pack parcels using tungsten and carbon papers to ensure smooth customs clearance through X-ray machines.
To maintain privacy, all packages are discreetly wrapped in gift paper.
4. Time Duration
The cost of shipping depends upon the shipping options you avail of. Overnight shipping is the expensive one. Express shipping charges are moderate.
Return Policy
1. Our company understands that from time to time you may need to return an item that you received from our online store. In the unlikely event that this were to happen, we aim to make this process as easy and worry-free as possible for our customers and clients, as stated by our Returns Policy.

All refunds are credited using the original payment method if possible and can take between 5-7 working days to be credited to your account; this timeframe may vary depending on the provider of your card. Medicines: In accordance with regulations, our company is unable to accept the returns of any medication, as it is prohibited from being reused once it has departed from our company premises. Dispose of any returned medication correctly within 30 days.
3. You may cancel any orders within your rights until we dispatch your medication from our premises. The pharmacist must destroy any returned medication within 30 days of receiving it. This includes unopened boxes, which is why our company cannot offer refunds once we have dispatched your treatment.
4. We do not accept medication of any kind that you deem to have been ineffective; however, should you have reason to believe that any medication from us was damaged, feel free to get in contact with our support staff for assistance in getting a refund. You may email or call during our operating hours, and we will gladly advise you on how to return any damaged items.
